He is a self-taught Franco-Congolese director based in Paris. Raised in the streets of Parisian suburbs, he was far from the artistic world, cinema, audiovisual, and advertising industries. His entry into this world was somewhat coincidental, but he quickly developed a liking for it, initially working as an art director in an advertising agency. From a young age, he was a young creative, a very cinema-loving and so naturally he transitioned into becoming a director. He began his journey in this new environment by self-learning, investing in, and undertaking projects, and in 2014, he founded a collective named FREAKNIK PARIS. With his collective, he directed several projects, including music videos for French artists in pop and rap, which earned selections and broadcasts on platforms like Booooooom and VOTD, as well as fashion films published on international platforms such as HIGHSNOBIETY and HYPEBAE. He also created some fashion photo series that was featured with digitals fashion magazine. After that, in solo, after a three-year stint as a film director/photographer at the globally recognized and multi-award-winning advertising agency TBWA, nowadays, he mainly directed digital advertising content for renowned brands like Amnesty International, or Nissan with a recent campaign based on his film winning a Silver at the Clio Sports Awards. His artistic signature is contemplative, storytelling, dreamlike, sensitive, and emotional, with a mix of craft, aiming to create an intimate relationship between the protagonists and the viewers.
